Job Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting
• Identify potential customers, distributors, retailers, and hospitality buyers.
• Build and maintain a database of prospects from online platforms, trade directories, and exhibitions.
• Research new markets and potential clients for business expansion. - Product Pitching & Presentation
• Present and pitch company products to prospective clients through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
• Explain product features, benefits, applications, and unique selling points.
• Share catalogues, product presentations, and samples where required. - Email Marketing & Communication
• Send product introductions, company profiles, and promotional emails to targeted prospects.
• Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and proposals with potential clients.
• Maintain professional communication and timely responses. - Cold Calling & Client Outreach
• Conduct regular cold calls to introduce company products and generate interest.
• Schedule meetings or discussions with interested prospects.
• Convert prospects into qualified leads for the sales team. - Product Promotion & Market Development
• Promote company product lines across different market segments.
• Support promotional activities such as trade fairs, exhibitions, and product launches.
• Gather market feedback and competitor insights. - CRM & Reporting
• Maintain records of leads, interactions, and follow-ups in CRM or internal systems.
• Track lead conversion and report weekly progress to management.
• Prepare reports on new business opportunities and client engagement.
